Nick Cannon is rallying to help out the family of rapper Rich Homie Quan, who passed away.
At a recent Wild ‘N Out show in Atlanta, Cannon brought Quan’s family on stage and donated $25,000 to them.
“That’s how much I love that dude,” Cannon said. “We’ve got to support one another, because this is what community looks like.”

The gift included $10,000 raised by fans and $10,000 from himself, with the venue contributing an additional $5,000.

The event included performances of Quan’s songs in his memory.

Quan’s father, Corey Lamar, shared heartfelt remarks about Quan’s impact on his life during a memorial service held shortly before the show.

“From the day I met Quan and I held him, my life changed,” Lamar said. “I knew failure was not an option. But little did Quan know, he pushed me to be a dad, a role model and to be an example as what a man should be. Built upon integrity, morals and values.”

The cause of Quan’s death has not yet been disclosed.
